THE HEART BEHIND THE DANCE
Meet Alma Frey
For decades, Alma Frey has been a passionate presence in Southern California's salsa community — inspiring dancers through performance, instruction, and her dedication to the art of Latin dance.
As a performer and leader of Alma y Sabor Dance Company, she has shared the stage with talented artists and helped introduce countless students to the joy of salsa.
But for Alma, dancing has always been about more than choreography. It's about the music, the connection between partners, and the community that brings everyone together.
Discover the woman, the passion, and the story behind the dance.
